Are you insured? Absolutely! Safety is always our top priority! We carry General Liability insurance. How far in advance can I book for my party? We recommend reserving 3-4 weeks in advance BUT the sooner you book the better. Rentals are on a first come first paid deposit basis. Party dates are not held until 50% deposit is paid. What all is included with your rental fee? Delivery, set up, and pick up is included Okaloosa County. How long is the rental period? All rentals are a minimum of 4 hours with option extend time for $50/hr. We will set up your bounce house at least a 1 hour prior to your event. In most cases we are able to drop off the bounce houses even earlier if needed. We understand that most of our clients will be setting up other items for their event which requires all vendors to arrive early. If you need the bounce house longer than 4 hours, we are flexible and happy to work with you! Do I need to make a deposit? Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit will reserve a bounce house for your celebration. This is applied toward your balance. Without deposit your event date will not be held. RESERVATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. What about weather? If your event is canceled prior to delivery due to inclement weather, we will gladly reschedule your event up to 1 year from your initial event date. We cannot refund your initial deposit, but we can refund your remaining balance if you choose not to reschedule. We also will allow you to gift your booking to a friend/family member to use within 1 year. Are your bounce houses cleaned? Yes! Cleaned and fully sanitized. We take excellent care of our bounce houses and will always deliver a cleaned and sanitized bounce house to your celebration. How large of an area is needed to accommodate the bounce house? For our Main Character house, a 16 x 16 ft minimum area is required. For our Minis, a 10 x 10 ft minimum area is required. What surfaces can accommodate the bounce houses? Set up can be on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, hardwood, pavers and sport court. Additional cleaning fees will be applied to setup on dirt or sand and *we must be notified by the Customer at the time of booking.* we do not offer setup on rocks or gravel as a safety precaution. What is the maximum distance from an electrical outlet can the bounce house be set up? 80 ft. from the electrical outlet is the maximum distance. If you are further than 80 ft. from an electrical outlet or you do not have access to electricity *Please specify this upon booking.* Is an operator included with our rental? No, but we are happy to provide an operator for an additional hourly rate of $20/hr. *Please specify this upon booking.* Please keep in mind, children are required to be supervised by an adult at all times. we are not liable for any persons operating or using the bounce house at any time. We are not liable for any operator error or injuries incurred during the time of rental use. Are balloons included? No, but we are happy to provide an attachable balloon garland for $75+. If you already have a balloon vendor we are happy to attach the balloons to our bounce house! How many people are allowed on the bounce house at once? For our Main Character house, our max weight limit is 700 lbs or 4-5 adult jumpers. For our Minis, weight limit of 400 lbs or 4-5 kid jumpers age 6 and under. Please use your discretion for the number of persons at one time on the bounce house based on your group. Can we have paint or smoke bombs for gender reveals on the bounce house? No. We do not allow paint, colored smoke bombs, and/or staining food and beverages on or in the bounce house. A cleaning fee will be charged for any viloations. Help us keep them beautiful! |
